What is Pawtrait?
Pawtrait turns your favorite pet photo into a premium aluminum tin sign. Each piece is personalized and made to order.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo works best. We recommend a close-up of your pet's face with minimal background clutter. Phone photos are perfectly fine.
How long does production take?
Most custom signs are designed, printed, and ready to ship within 1–2 business days after you approve the artwork preview.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders below $75 ship for a flat rate based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.
Can I return a custom sign?
Because each sign is personalized, custom orders can only be returned if the item is defective or if we made an error. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page.
What if I need to change my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we may not be able to make changes.
